Joyce will always be remembered for the light she brought to so many lives, my own included. I can visualize her welcoming brilliant smile in the baby nursery at church as so many entrusted their little ones to her care. My own children referred to her as, "Grandma Joyce." We enjoyed many long walks and talks, and fun relaxing times at Pentwater, MI. She experienced both the personal pain and loss of close loved ones, as well as the joy of "new births" in this life and the next. Joyce was one of my very favorite people I have ever encountered in this life, and a good friend through some difficult times. Her extended family was always so good to me, too. Joyce will be missed greatly. May our Lord comfort each of you through the days, weeks, and years ahead. Joyce, "Well done, good an faithful servant!"

Joyce, you will be grately missed. Our hearts ache at our loss - but yet rejoice for you as you celebrate your new life in the presence of our Lord and Savior. Blessings and hugs to your family. May they feel the presence of God's arms around them during this time of grief.

Joyce always made our stays at the Pineric enjoyable. She was so kind and considerate, and she'll always be a part of the wonderful memories I have of summers with my family in Pentwater. She'll be missed, but I look forward to seeing her again with Jesus in heaven!
