Miss Suhanek was my teacher in elementary school (McCormick School) in Chicago. She took care of me through my early years at University in Eau Claire Wisconsin. I cared for her deeply though I did not stay in touch. I married and also pursued further education as a nurse. I got a PhD in Nursing and believe I would not have had faith in my ability to accomplish this had it not been for "Tia". She was, and will ever remain, an inspiration to me.
