I will always think of Dave as the gentle, kind man with a smile that I saw weekly at church. He was quick to say hello and ask how you were, and had such a calm about him that he immediately put you at ease. He was one of those rare people you never heard a bad word about, and his presence and Christian witness will certainly be missed around Christ Lutheran. Rest in peace, Dave.
