Pat was the receptionist at our corporate office, and the thing I will remember about her is her sincerity. She was always so sincere about doing things right, doing things well, and meeting people's needs. We will miss her morning smile, and the red splotches on her neck when she got flustered, and the tentative way she would ask for help when she needed it (because she hated to be a bother), and her sincere appreciation for any little kindness shown. Pat was wonderful to work with, and I'm so glad for the time we had with her.
