One of a Kind!
Matt was one of those bigger than life, one of a kind guys. I had the good fortune of working with him for several years and during that time got to know him well. And as anyone who knew Matt, he was the epitome of an "open book" a person who saw things for what they were, and shared his unblemished view of things.
He also was a fanatical "show tunes" lover and one story comes to mind. We had a client meeting that required us to drive several hours though the cornfields of Indiana and Matt provided entertainment the entire trip there and back with essemble of show tune hits, singing with the music along the way. He also was the one who got me introduced to Itunes (I am a late bloomer). The time passed quickly and was among my more memorable (and enjoyable) business trips.
Anyone who came in contact with Matt would agree, he was a "really good guy" who made the room a little brighter! A real good soul who will be sorely missed.
