The company I work for moved into the building 20 years ago this month. I met Jim early on when I'd work late or on weekends. Jim always had a kind word and was interested in my family (no kids back then!) Jim was a hard working, kind, friendly, honorable man. Years later when my boss purchased the building with a partner there was never a question that we'd continue to entrust the building to Jim. He got the calls when the alarm tripped and never complained about the 1am phone calls from ADT. I will miss Jim personally and professionally, but more personally. When Jim got sick I got to know Loretta. I am happy to know that a good man like Jim was able to share his life with such a wonderful person. My Deepest Sympathies Chris Elder
