Viola, My family and I extend our sympathy to you on the loss of Gene.I still remember, as a kid, you and Gene taking Ronny, Billy, my brother, Charlie and myself to a Cub's game at Rigley Field. Gene drove and we got lost somewhere on Clark Street. We din't get to the ball game until the 4th or 5th inning, and I don't remember who won or lost, but it really didn't matter because we all had a good experience and we all had a good time. Viola, you and Gene, like your Mom and Dad, always made an effort to include both Charlie and I in the places you went and the things you did.
