Mom, I will forever love you. Thank you for being such a special mother. I will miss you every day until we see each other again. Even though I am sad, I am so happy that you are home now with the Lord. You have been wanting to go home for a long time. What a relief you can now remember EVERYTHING and know who everyone is. No more insulin shots. No more pills. No more being poked and prodded. No more doctor appointments. No more being admitted to the hospital. No more getting aggravated with the wheelchair. No more being cold. No more being shouted at when you can't hear. What a joy that you you can now walk all around Heaven and be able to SEE EVERYTHING!! I hope I made you proud of me even when I didn't think I did. I know it will be lonely down here, but I will never be alone. Until we see each other again, you are forever in my heart. I love you! Sue
Elaine was a lovely lady that I met, several years ago while working for a nursing service. She and her daughter, Susan, and I remained good friends. Sue was a great caregiver to her mom. Elaine's passing will leave a void in our lives. She is with her lord now. May she rest in peace.
