William Schramm

William M. "Bill" Schramm, age 83, U.S. Army Veteran, passed away on August 16, 2019 at his home in San Antonio, New Mexico. Beloved husband of 18 years to Irena Schramm. Loving father of Robert Schramm, Lisa Petersen and Daniel Schramm. Dear step-father of Ruta (Arvydas) Sveikauskas and Mindaugas Kraunevicius. Cherished grandfather of 14, step-grandfather of 4 and great-grandfather of several. Dearest brother of Marjorie (late Mel) Carlson and the late Richard (JoAnn) Schramm. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Bill was a longtime member of American Legion Post 2910.

Visitation Tuesday, August 27, 2019 from 3-8 p.m. with a Chapel Service at 6:30 p.m. Funeral and Remembrance Service Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Interment with Military Honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
