William Rudenga

William H. "Bill" Rudenga, age 87, U.S. Army Veteran. Beloved husband for 65 years to Joyce E. Rudenga, nee Kooiman. Loving father of Gary Rudenga, Lucas Rudenga and the late Michael Rudenga and Laura Wittinghill. Cherished grandfather of Christine Rudenga and Will Wittinghill. Preceded in death by his siblings Nelliejane Van Dellen, Edward Rudenga, Julia Eggebeen and Carolyn Rudenga. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Bill was an avid sports enthusiast. He especially enjoyed rooting for the Cubbies and the Bears. Bill was an active member of Palos Heights Christian Reformed Church.

Visitation Thursday, May 9, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Burial private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
