William R. "Billy" Manning, Jr., age 52, loving father of Melanie. Beloved son of Linda Manning and the late William Manning, Sr. Dear brother of Edward Manning and Lisa (Dan) Schultz. Cherished uncle of Lauren and David. Dearest nephew and cousin of many.
Billy was a fantastic artist and loved music.
