William E. Lubben, age 96, WWII U.S. Navy Veteran. Beloved husband for 67 years to the late Rita H., nee Mueller. Loving father of William C. (Joan) Lubben, Patricia Lewinthal, and the late Kathleen L. Lubben. Dear grandfather of Mark . Fond brother of Kenneth (the late Marlene) Lubben and the late LaVerne (the late Richard) Posch. Dearest uncle of many nieces and nephews. Retired in 1982 from Illinois Bell after 36 years of service. Long-time member of the Telephone Pioneers.
