William H. Cacheris, age 88, U.S. Army Korean War Veteran. Beloved husband of Karen Zelinka Cacheris and the late Elsie M. "Eve" Cacheris (2012). Loving father of William (Linda) Cacheris and Phillip Cacheris. Cherished grandfather of William Cacheris, Brittany (Michael) Seagrass, Alec Cacheris, Tabitha Cacheris and David (Brittney) Loveless. Dear step-father of Jennifer (Todd) Raddatz and Douglas (Pam) Zelinka. Step-grandfather of Andrew (Amanda), Brian (Allison), Allison and Jared. Step-great-grandfather of Henry and Roselyn. Preceded in death by his brother Gus.
Bill was very active in the banking profession. He worked alongside and helped many builders in the south suburbs. He was loved by his co-workers and customers alike. Bill was a man of faith who was loved by his family.
