Warren Koerner

Warren S. Koerner, age 85, US Army Veteran, passed away October 24, 2021. Beloved husband for 39 years to the late Donna M. Koerner, nee Anderson (2008). Loving father of Jeffrey (Anne), Scott (Robin) and Kimberly (Jeremy) Norton. Cherished grandfather of Sophia, Max, Joshua, MacKenzie, Katherine, and Paxton. Dear brother of the late Beverly Marcus.

Retired electrician with over 30 years of service at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Long-time member of the American Legion Orland Memorial Post #111. Warren was also Past Master Craftsman of the Electrical Craftsman's Club and Past Master Mason of the Masonic Order.

Visitation Monday, November 1, 2021 from 3-8pm. Funeral Service Tuesday, November 2, 2021, 10:00am at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL 60462. Interment with Military Honors to follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
