Walter S. "Wally" Pilewski, age 91, US Army Air Force Veteran, beloved husband for 59 years to Joyce, nee Kessler. Loving father of Kathleen (Michael) Cech. Cherished grandfather of Tyler, Kevin and Emily. Survived by his sisters Charlotte Stemke and Dolores Wojtysiak. Preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers. Dear uncle of several nieces and nephews.
Retired from Continental Insurance Co. in 1984. Member of Blue Island/Midlothian VFW Post #2580 and former member of Blue Island Rotary.
