Victoria Santiago Goff

Victoria Santiago Goff, age 70, was born on November 30th, 1955 in the city of Lupao, Nueva Ecija Philippines to the late Franscisco Orpilla Santiago and the late Ceriaca Eslava Santiago. The youngest of 8 children, she was a fond sister of the late Francisca Santiago, Primitiva Santiago, Adelina Santiago, the late Rodrigo Santiago, Benedicta Santiago, Rosalina Santiago and the late Roberto Santiago.

She was singing, drumming and playing guitar for the band "RODA Company" before moving to the United States in 1986 to start a family with Stephen Goff. She was the loving mother of Owen (Liz) Goff, Stephen (Sarah) Goff and Angel Goff, cherished grandmother "Lola" of Quinn, Levi, Wyatt and Lily and dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.

She worked several years as a CNA before retiring as an LPN. She was passionate about cooking, music, gardening and nature. She enjoyed camping, hiking, karaoke and playing bingo. Her greatest joys were witnessing her children thrive in their own journeys, watching her grand babies grow and creating memories and traditions with her loved ones.

Visitation Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 2-5 p.m. with a Service to celebrate Victoria’s life to follow at 5:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL.
