Tony Kladis

Tony Kladis 53 of Lockport, formerly of Chicago Ridge and Zakynthos Greece, passed away suddenly Saturday afternoon August 10th, 2019. Beloved and devoted husband of Heather nee Nimon for over 24 years. Loving father of Zoe and Tony Kladis. Dearest son of Danny Kladis and Emmalouise Evitt-Slavens and son-in-law of Lawrence and Elizabeth Nimon. Tony was the cherished grandson of the late Antonios and Adamantia Kladis. Tony will be remembered as a fun loving cousin and dear nephew. He will be mourned by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family members. An employee of the Freeman Company for over 20 years, he managed the setup of tradeshows downtown and throughout the Chicagoland area. His passion for the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting is where he found his peace. May his Memory be Eternal! Visitation will be held Thursday August 15th from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maher Funeral Home 17101 71st Avenue, Tinley Park Illinois 60477. The Service will take place the same evening at 8:00 PM. The interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers memorials will be made according to the family’s wishes.
