Theresa S. Lisak

Theresa S. Lisak, nee Dulemba, age 67, beloved wife for 38 years to the late Matthew W. "Bill" Lisak (2023). Loving mother of Kimberly Lisak and Benjamin Lisak. Cherished grandmother of Norah. Devoted daughter of the late Wladyslaw “Walter” and Maria Dulemba. Dearest sister of Joseph (Janice) Dulemba and Casey (Nancy) Dulemba. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Theresa was a devoted wife, sister and mother who cherished home and family. Theresa had many talents that shined as extensions of her love; she was known as an avid baker and crafter, most notably for her visual story telling by capturing memories in scrapbooks. Her acts of kindness warmed the hearts and bellies of many, leaving a lasting imprint on our hearts.

A Memorial Visitation will take place on Sunday, July 13, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park. A dinner gathering will take place after services at the Highlander House in Palos Heights for those who would like to attend. A live-stream of the Memorial Service will be available.
