Tamatha Maria "Tammy" Otero, nee Herring, age 51, beloved wife of Jose Otero. Loving mother of Cecilie Pacheco, Anjeliana Otero, Alexander Otero and Chyler Otero. Cherished grandmother of Landon, Carlos, Amor and baby Cecilie. Devoted daughter of the late Robert and the late Maria Herring. Dear sister of Dawn (David) Palecek, David (Jennifer) Herring, Deedra (James) Blackwood, Robert Jr. (Mirella) Herring and Gina (Adam) Ludtz. Dearest aunt of Ceiarra Herring, Selena Herring and many other nieces and nephews.
