Spero (Sam) Hyos of Tinley Park, IL. Beloved Husband of Elizabeth (Liz) Hyos for over 40 years; loving Father of Gia (Jason) Skiba, the late Steven Hyos and Stephanie Hyos. Proud grandfather (Papou) of Stryker (6) & Griffin (4) Skiba. Sam was a hardworking provider, devoted family man and dedicated friend. While bowling was his pastime he loved all Chicago Sports, especially the White Sox. We know he is cheering all of us and his favorite teams on from up above! Sam was also a proud member and Veteran of The United States Marine Corps who served his country in Vietnam. May His Memory be Eternal. Services for Sam will take place Thursday July 7th & Friday July 8th. Visitation will be held Thursday July 7th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at The Maher Funeral Home 17101 71st Avenue, Tinley Park Illinois, 60477. There will be a Trisagion Service that evening promptly at 6:30 PM. Funeral service will begin Friday morning July 8th, 8:00 AM at the funeral home.
