Silvio Ferrara

Silvio A. Ferrara, age 91, U.S. Army Veteran. Beloved husband for 50 years to Josephine, nee Consolo. Devoted son of the late Frank and Susie (nee Ricciardi) Ferrara. Loving brother of Angela (late William) Luksetich and preceded in death by his brothers John (late Gilda) Ferrara, William (late Carol) Ferrara, and Frank Ferrara, Jr. Cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Silvio was a retired Chicago Public School teacher with over 40 years of service.

Visitation Monday, July 8, 2024 from 3-8 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. and Harlem) Orland Park, Illinois.

Funeral Tuesday, July 9, 2024 with a prayer service at 9:15 a.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home to St. Julie Billiart Church 7399 W. 159th St., Tinley Park, IL 60477 for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m.

Interment St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park, Illinois
