Shirley A. Meeder, nee Mensik, age 85, of Crestwood, IL formerly of South Holland, IL. Beloved wife for 59 years to the late Roy H. Meeder (2012). Loving mother of Dr. Lee Meeder and Brad (Connie) Meeder. Cherished grandmother of Briana (Jason) Gabehart, Kyle (Ashley), Eric (Traci), Drake (Dilyara), Kiersten and Mariah Meeder and the late Ara Leanne Meeder. Dearest great-grandmother of Kade, Kyson, Aubrey, Clara and Ava. Dear sister of the late George Mensik.

Shirley was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She had a lifelong love of music, was a member of Southside Choral Group performing Handel's Messiah yearly.
