Shelley Ann Torsan, nee Werner, age 48, beloved wife for 21 years to Joseph Torsan. Loving mother of Curtis Haley and Miley Torsan. Devoted daughter of Fritz (Sally) Werner and Ann Werner (Jim Heller). Dear sister of Rebecca (Joseph) Parsanko, Tami (Robert) Pratl and Jon Werner. Dear sister-in-law of Angela Bianco, Christina Bianco, Dina (Ron Malone) Torsan, Richard Torsan (Raeann Perry) and the late Dawn Torsan. Cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews. First grandchild of Norma Jean and the late Fritz Werner. Much loved niece, cousin and friend of many.

Visitation Sunday, September 27, 2020 from 2-7 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. To uphold safety guidelines, all guests are asked to wear a mask and respect social distancing requirements. A private Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. While this service is limited to Shelley's immediate family, a live-stream will be available.
