Scott Eizenga

Scott H. Eizenga, age 51, beloved husband for 24 years to Carolyn, nee Leo. Loving father of Corbon and Ryan. Devoted son of Henry and Judy (nee Ooms) Eizenga. Dear brother of Sean (Andrea) Eizenga. Dearest son-in-law of Donna and the late John Leo. Dear brother-in-law of John Leo, Dan (Hilda) Leo, Phil (Barb) Leo and Paul Leo. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews and great-uncle to Naomie Corinne.

Scott loved life and embraced life to the fullest. He was always ready with a smile or laugh and ready to try something new. Scott loved connecting with people and developed so many wonderful relationships through volleyball and mountainbiking, two of his favorite activities. Scott loved his family dearly and was a devoted husband to Carolyn and a caring father to Corbon and Ryan. He loved the Lord and served God and grew in faith by participating in Christians Unlimited, youth group, church greeter, drama, worship team, Cadets, and he was always willing to lend a skilled hand to fix something.

Visitation Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 3-8 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Lying in State Thursday, April 27, 2023 at New Life Church, 500 Gougar Road, New Lenox, IL from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 11:00 a.m.

Interment Fairmount - Willow Hills Memorial Park, Willow Springs, IL.
