Scott Bova

Scott Walter Bova, age 63, loving and proud father of Caryn (Ramon) Jimenez, Connie (Matthew) Cunningham, Phillip (Amy) Bova and Steven (Jessica) Bova, passed away October 5, 2017 surrounded by his loving family after a heroic battle with pancreatic cancer. Cherished "Big Grandpa" of Alex, Leah and Taylor. Friend and former husband of Deborah Bova, nee DeBruyn. Best brother ever of Jayne (Gary) Smit, Jan (James) Ozinga and Beth (Joseph) Kruizenga. Super fun uncle of many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. Loved nephew of Jean Bristow and Merritt Bethig.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate Scott's life will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Christ Community Church, 13400 Bell Road, Lemont, IL at 10:00 a.m. A time of fellowship will follow.

Burial was private at Chapel Hill Gardens South, Oak Lawn, IL.
