Ruth V. Lyons

Ruth V. Lyons was born in Cherry Grove, Minnesota on November 20, 1928 and passed into the presence of her Savior Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Noon time. She is survived by her husband, Vernon, to whom she had been married for 64 years. She is also survived by her children: Charles, Charlane, Samuel, Mary, Martha, Daniel, Thomas and Rachel. She was also survived by her brothers and sisters: Laverne, Verna, Paul, John, Mary, Charles and Carolyn. There are 28 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. The Lyons family with the children and their spouses, and the grandchildren with their spouses and great-grandchildren is a total of 73. Visitation Saturday, April 11, 2015, from 8:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 10:30 a.m. at Ashburn Baptist Church, 15401 Wolf Rd., Orland Park, IL 60467. Interment Orland Memorial Park Cemetery.
