Ronald Sol

Ronald Sol, age 87, of Branson, Missouri formerly of the Chicagoland area, passed away on September 5, 2024, with his wife, Charlotte (nee Ipema), of 47 years, by his side. He was previously married to the late Kathleen (nee White) until her passing in 1978. Loving father of Raymond Sol, Kevin (Kelly) Sol, Nicole (Casey) Kerkstra and Cheryl (Larry) Crawley. Cherished grandfather of Megan, Becky, Katie, Breanna, Jimmy, Abby, and Marie. Dearest great-grandfather of Jackson, Liam, Steven, Skyia, and Naomi. Dear brother of Deanna (Joseph) Dacanay and Raymond Sol. Fond brother-in-law and uncle of many.

Ron was a man of deep Faith, who cherished his family dearly and always aimed to spread joy with his smile, inspiring others to do the same.

Visitation Monday, September 30, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. until time of Celebration of Life Service 11:00 a.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL 60462. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens South, Oak Lawn, IL.
