Ronald W. Crabbe, age 77, beloved husband for 52 years to Leanne, nee Ridderhoff. Loving father of Vanya (David) Hamrin and Vincent (Amy) Crabbe. Cherished grandfather of Brittany Hamrin, Kate Crabbe and Ryan Crabbe. Devoted son of the late William and Florence Crabbe. Dear brother of the late William (Carolyn) Crabbe.
Ron was a retired high school teacher with 40 years of service at Calumet High School. Over the years he loved attending and being involved at Elim Baptist Church, Salem Baptist Church, Standing Stones Church, Parkview Christian Church and most recently Cornerstone Church in Davenport, FL.
A walk by viewing will be held on Monday, September 14, 2020 from 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. To uphold safety guidelines, all guests are asked to wear a mask and respect social distancing requirements.
Burial private at Beverly Cemetery, Blue Island, IL.
