Dear Son of Ronald (Teri) Achterhof and Glenda (Wayne) Conlon. Dearest Brother of Stacey Achterhof. Much loved Uncle of three Nieces--Ava, Tessa and Liberty. Dear Nephew and Cousin of many.

Visitation Sunday, October 11, 2020 from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service to follow at 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. To uphold safety guidelines, all guests are asked to wear a mask and respect social distancing requirements.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family to help with funeral expenses are appreciated.
