Robert R. "Bob" Stetins, age 99, U.S. Army WWII Veteran. Beloved husband to the late Joan (2010). Loving father of Pamela (late Wally) Hardy, James (Cindy) Stetins and Gary (Beth) Stetins. Cherished grandfather of Jeffry (Mary) Loper, Tara Loper, Adam Stetins, James Stetins, Ryan (Kelly) Stetins, Matthew Stetins and Nicholas (Morgan) Stetins. Dearest great-grandfather of Lincoln and Logan Stetins. Devoted son of the late Rudolph and Amanda Stetins. Preceded in death by his brother Allen Marx and sisters Lucille Flattum and Lillian Strezishar. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Bob was a dedicated Mason for 50 years, exemplifying commitment and service in his community. An avid golfer, he proudly achieved a hole-in-one, a testament to his passion for the sport. A huge Chicago Cubs fan, he celebrated every game with enthusiasm.
Bob cherished his time at Sister's Lake in Michigan, where he created lasting memories with family and friends. His faith was central to his life; he was a devoted Christian who lived by his principles. As a long-time member of the Lions Club, he contributed selflessly to various charitable efforts.
Above all, Bob treasured his family. He was a hard worker and a generous man, always willing to lend a helping hand. His legacy of love and kindness will be remembered by all who knew him.
