(late Arnold) Cogan, Denise L. Phillips and the late Arthur R. (Judith Chavez) Phillips. Cherished grandfather of Colin Phillips, Kara (Greg) Miller, Evan Phillips, Moriah Phillips, and Michael Cogan. Dearest great-grandfather of Landon, Averie, Adalyn Phillips; Gavin, Lacey, Blythe, and Reece Miller. Dear brother of the late Edward and George Phillips. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday, December 21, 2012 from 3-9PM. Funeral Service Saturday, December 22, 2012, 12:30 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL.
