Robert E. "Bob" Miles, age 79, U.S. Navy Vietnam Veteran. Husband of Sharon, nee Seigle. Loving father of John Miles and Steven Miles. Cherished grandfather of Luke and Logan. Devoted son of the late George and Alene (nee Wellborn) Miles. Dear brother of Jean Miles and the late Joan Eckhardt. Fond uncle of Charles Newport and Debra Macklin. Dearest great-uncle of Brittney Macklin and Ryan Newport and great-great-uncle of Nathan and George.
Bob was a retired union sheet metal worker and he was also a builder of many homes.
Visitation Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Interment private.
