Robert J. "Bob" Evans, age 92, US Army Korean War Veteran, beloved husband for 63 years to Carol Evans, nee Kruspe. Loving father of Susan Evans and Laura (Martin) Evans. Cherished grandfather of Paige (Eric) Barriger. Dearest great-grandfather of Lily. Devoted son of the late Charles and Ella (nee Meyer) Evans. Fond brother of the late Frank Evans.
Retired from W. F. Hall Printing Company, Nevada Bob's, and Golf Galaxy. Bob was an accomplished avid golfer.
Military Honors and burial will be private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
Donations may be made in memory of Bob to the Illinois Veterans Home, 1 Veteran's Dr, Manteno, IL 60950.
