Rita P. Beintum, nee Christensen, age 78, beloved wife for 51 years to Richard Beintum. Loving mother of Richard (Kristin) Beintum, Mary (Justin) Klinger, Jeanne (Scott) Papa, Michael (Laureen) Beintum and the late Matthew Beintum. Cherished grandmother of Allison, Megan, Jillian, Nicholas, Evan, Devon, Isabelle, Corbin, Violet, Nathan and Tyler. Dearest sister of MaryAnn Polson, Marty (Joyce) Christensen, Sharon (late Denis) Ryan, Joe (Mary) Christensen, Carol (Jim) Callahan, Jeanne (John) Prendergast, John (Donna) Christensen, Pat (Linda) Christensen, and the late Jim Christensen. Dear sister-in-law-of Robert (Bette) Beintum, Howard (Janice) Beintum, and LaVerne (Manfred) Klein. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 2-7p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Family and friends are invited to meet directly at St. Mary Immaculate Church, 15629 Illinois Rte. 59, Plainfield, IL 60544 on Friday, October 25, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. for a Funeral Mass. Following the Funeral Mass everyone is invited to meet directly at Chapel Hill Gardens South, (meet at cemetery parking lot) 11333 S. Central Ave., Oak Lawn, IL 60453 for the burial.
