Richard De Boer

Richard J. "Rich" De Boer, age 49, passed away suddenly, beloved husband of Sara, nee Hutt. Loving father of Sydney "Casper" De Boer. Devoted son of Richard D. and the late Shirley (nee Pels) De Boer. Loving brother of Kristy De Boer, Suzanne De Boer, Shari De Boer and the late Robert De Boer. Cherished uncle of Henry and Jakob. Dearest son-in-law of Rev. Gary and Roberta Hutt. Fond brother-in-law of Deanna (Timothy) Bax, Lynelle (Eric) Halsne, Yvonne (Doug) Van Haitsma and Daniel (Jewel) Hutt. Dear uncle of Phillip, Ryan, Ben, Evan, Gabe, Marie, Maya, Will, Aleya and Garrett.

Rich was an architect for MetLife for many years. As a pilot, musician and chef, Rich filled his life with many crafts.

Visitation Monday, June 17, 2024 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Funeral Service and Burial private at Chapel Hill Gardens South, Oak Lawn, IL.
