Richard J. Van Beveren, Sr., age 79, beloved husband for 60 years of the late Charlene A., nee Plana. Loving father of Richard Jr. (Linda), Debra Van Beveren, Barbara Block, and Ronald (Yvonne). Cherished grandfather of Dawn (Zack) Cleveland, Jill (Reaco) Williams, Tina (Guy) Persico, William Jr. (Lesley) Owens, Erica Van Beveren, and Richard Van Beveren III USAF. Dearest great-grandfather of 13. Fond brother of the late Dorothy Van Beveren and the late David (Joan) Van Beveren. Richard was a life-long resident of Alsip, IL. He was a retired firefighter for Alsip with over 35 years of service. As a co-owner, Richard ran the Van Beveren Family Farm.
