Richard P. Allen, MBA, EA, ABA, AFSP, age 77, beloved husband of Joan Allen (Stanko) and the late Kathy Allen. Loving father of Christine (late Kenneth) McDonald, Kathy Jo Allen, Rich (Janessa) Allen and Tom (Elizabeth) Allen. Dear grandfather of Lexie McDonald, Kayla (Ashay) Briscoe and Kenneth Jr. (Mornessah) McDonald. Great-Grandfather of Makayla, Michael, Mason, Messiah, Jybrion, Mo'Kennus and Kenneth III. Dear step-father of Mike (Erin) Stanko and step-grandfather of Hayden and Brynna. Fond brother of the late Cliff. Also survived by his faithful canine companion Ralph.

Rich enjoyed a lifetime career in tax and accounting. He loved his work and continued working until his death.

Visitation Sunday, August 1, 2021 from 2-5PM at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. To uphold safety guidelines all guests are asked to wear a mask and respect social distancing requirements. Funeral Private. Burial private at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip, IL.
