Reneé L. Shlensky, nee Rothstein, age 90, beloved longtime companion of Harry Prychitko. Loving mother of David (Annie) Shlensky, Howard (Darla) Shlensky and Barbara Riley. Cherished grandmother of Jeremy, Courtney (Zach), Justin (Laura), Kelsey (Greg), Jordan, Jared, Samantha and Colin. Dearest great-grandmother of Birdie Rae and Lydia Joy. Dear sister of the late Gerald (Esther) Rothstein and the late Sidney (Saralie) Rothstein. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, October 8, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL.
