Raymond Kerkstra, age 90, served on the CFD from 1945-1978 retiring as Division Marshall, beloved husband of Edna nee Hornung. Loving father of Linda (Wolfgang) Gonderman. Dear grandfather of Cheryl (Tim) Harms, Lisa (Russ) Rockenbach, John Zeilenga, and Jim (Stacy) Zeilenga. Dearest great-grandfather of Casey, Ben, Matt, Alex, Rebecca, Samantha, Jessica, Shane, and Daniela.
Fond brother of Hermina Iwema, and the late Jennie Matthuis, Grace Spoolstra, Herman, and Anne Rathje. Fond brother-in-law of Arline Hornung.
