Cherished grandfather of Ryan and Joshua Campbell. Dear step-father of Jon Koniarski and Andrea Koniarski. Fond brother of Jeanne (Michael) Marget. Devoted son of the late Raymond and Dolores Campbell.

Member of the 9th Infantry Division. Crew Chief /Door Gunner on Hueys and OH-6 helicopters during the Vietnam War. Proud Purdue - Calumet University graduate.

Committal Service with Military Honors Monday, May 15, 2017, 10:00 a.m. at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. A Memorial Service to celebrate Phil's life will follow at 12:00 Noon at Colonial Chapel.
