Philip Gianfranco Acquaviva, age 37, suddenly, beloved husband of Bethanne, nee Janik. Loving daddy of Madison, Jaxson, Carter and Reaghan. Devoted son of Frank and Susan (nee Nordstrom) Acquaviva. Dear brother of Michael (Lauren), Abigail (Brad) Timson, Peter (Jennifer) and Madeline (Ryan) Roets. Dearest uncle of many nieces and nephews. Nephew and cousin of many. Loving son-in-law of Ed and Kathy Janik. Dear brother-in-law and uncle to Heather (Kenney) Kozik and Jacob (Maggie) Janik and their families.
Phil was an exceptional husband and father whose family meant everything to him. Though he dedicated 15 years to working at Discount Tire, he found his true calling and passion in becoming a nurse, where he touched the lives of many.
Visitation Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 3-8 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Lying in State Sunday, January 21, 2024 at All Saints Lutheran Church, 13350 S. LaGrange Road, Orland Park, IL from 2:30 p.m. until time of Celebration of Life Service 3:30 p.m. A live stream of the service will be available.
