Pearl Cooper

Pearl Cooper, nee Wondaal, age 88, beloved wife for 57 years to the late Paul Cooper (2014). Loving mother of Vicki (Wayne) Grochowski, Janice (Herb Hagermoser) Cooper and Donald (Audrey Briody) Cooper. Cherished grandmother of Ashley (Bob Bibeau) Briody, Bradford (Jen) Cooper, Carrie (Luigi Lottino) Grochowski, Sarah (fiancé Andrew Osterman) Cooper, Christopher (Zoey Cao) Hickstein, Austin (Janessa) Cooper, Scott Hickstein, Mitchell (fiancée Janai Porman) Cooper, Sally Hickstein and Deanna (fiancé Sam Tassone) Cooper. Dearest great-grandmother of Layna Pearl Lottino, Penelope Grace Cooper and soon to be baby girl Cooper. Dear sister of Bonnie (Steve) Stump, George (Megan) Wondaal, Carol (Dean Courter) Kiel, and the late Richard Wondaal. Fond sister-in-law of Doris (Jack) Ludes and the late Gordon (late Ellen), late Glen (late Elaine) and late Kenneth (late Elaine). Dearest aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Pearl was a member of the Thunderbird Club, enjoying many travels on Route 66. She looked forward to spending her winters in Arizona. The family would like to give a special thank you to Pearl's caregivers Imelda and Grace . Pearl loved her "Bling" so join us in honoring our mother by wearing something sparkly, she would be tickled you thought of her.

Visitation Friday, July 7, 2023 from 3-8 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Lying in State Saturday, July 8, 2023 at All Saints Church, 13350 S. LaGrange Road, Orland Park, IL from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 10:00 a.m. A live-stream of the service will be available.
