Paul Vandenberg, age 94, WWII U.S. Army Veteran. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn, nee Buikema (1998). Loving father of Susan (Thomas) Kenney, Gary (Joanne) Vandenberg and Douglas (Kim) Vandenberg. Cherished grandfather of seven. Dearest great-grandfather of seven. Fond brother of the late Margaret Aggen and Jack Vandenberg. Paul was a member of the 745th Tank Battalion assigned to the 1st Infantry Division. He was a recipient of both the Silver Star and Purple Heart awards.
