Patricia J. "Patty" Wagner, nee Lukowski, age 63, beloved wife for 34 years to Dale Wagner. Loving mother of Dale Wagner II. Devoted daughter of the late Matthew "Mickey" and Phyllis Lukowski. Cherished sister of Sharon (Jeff) Potter and the late Michael Lukowski. Dear sister-in-law of Denise Wagner, Doreen Wagner (Dan), Darlene (John) Van Kampen, Cheryl (Larry) Crawley, and David (Molly) Wagner. Dearest aunt of many nieces and nephews. Fond daughter-in-law of Jan Hoekstra.

Visitation Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 3-7 PM at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park. To uphold safety guidelines, all guests are asked to wear a mask and respect social distancing requirements.

A private Memorial Service to celebrate Patty's life will follow at 7:00 p.m.
