Patricia Van Vuren

Patricia "Patty" Van Vuren (Boll), daughter of the late Robert and Betty Boll, went home to be with the Lord in early May of 2025. She was 65 years old. Though we are deeply saddened by her passing, we are confident that she is now home with Jesus. We have hope in our sovereign God.

Patty always had a deep care and devotion to her family. She was a thoughtful sister, devoted daughter, loving wife, caring mother, and generous grandmother. She grew up going to church and serving the Lord faithfully. In her early adult years, she was a dental hygienist, who loved to travel. She loved to host parties and to laugh. Oh, how she loved to laugh. She cherished her children and grandchildren deeply. She loved to give gifts and chat on the phone. Even though her health often limited her from being physically present, she showed dedication and care for her family by always checking in on the phone and being a faithful prayer warrior.

Patty is survived by her faithful husband Calvin Van Vuren, their two children, Alicia (Cameron) Jensen, Evonne (Zac) Menard, her grandchildren, Brooklyne, Brendan, Dylan, Adalyne, Audrey, Arietta, Gracelyne, Ella, and Alena, her siblings, Bob (Mary) Boll, Cathy (Tim) Robieson, Jackie (Herman) Westerveld, the late Tim (Debbie) Boll, and Mike (Mary) Boll, and numerous other family members and friends.

"For He has clothed me in the garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of righteousness." Isaiah 61:10

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 3-8PM at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Visitation continues at New Covenant Community Church, 1995 Mills Road, Joliet, IL 60433 on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 9AM until the time of Patty's Funeral Service at 10AM. A live stream of the service will be available. The link is posted below. Interment Fairmount-Willow Hills Memorial Park, Willow Springs, IL.
