Late of Illinois Veterans Home, Manteno IL, formerly of Crestwood and Midlothian IL.

Beloved husband of the late Anne (nee Lukaszewicz) for 65 years.

Loving father of Susan (Weston) Zuege and Diane (John) Durnik.

Cherished grandfather of Austen (Marianne Krljic), Cameron (Karli) Zuege, Elizabeth (Adam) Williams, John Durnik and great grandfather of 6.

Preceded in death by his brother Paul (the late Helen) Lewandowski.

Fond uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Proud member of the Midlothian VFW Post 2580, National Association of Letter Carriers and NARFE.

Visitation Wednesday 3-8pm. Funeral Service Thursday 10:00am  at the Maher Funeral Home Tinley Park 7051 W. 171st St.

Interment with Military Honors Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
