Nora Jeanne "Lal" Difoggio

Nora Jeanne “Lal” DiFoggio, nee Dunne, cherished wife of 67 years to the late Ross DiFoggio. Devoted mother of Ronnie (late Janice), Mike (Darlene), Jacy (Thomas) Doumas and the late Ross Jr. “Rory” (Denise). Dear daughter of the late John and Nora Dunne. Loving sister of the late John (late Gertrude), Kathleen (late Frank) Tillotson, Russell, Marcella and Patrick. Beloved grandmother of Carrie Durling, Nicole Hurley, and Sam Buduris; Michael DiFoggio and Ron DiFoggio; Phillip Doumas and Alexandra Doumas; and Whitney Rose DiFoggio. Adored great-grandmother, aunt and great-aunt. Nora was born of Irish immigrant parents and fell in love with a first generation Italian young man. After spending a year in CO with Ross in the Army, Nora Jeanne worked in the family business “Ross DiFoggio & Sons Plumbing,” at Ross’s side for 50 years. She was a devoted wife, caring, selfless mom and grandma and treasured sister. She was an active listener, a great conversationalist, a serious business woman, smart, private, insightful, audacious and a lot of fun! She will be deeply missed but we trust that she is at peace and reunited with all those she has mourned who have gone before her. At Nora’s request, there will be no services.
