Nancy Van Laten

Nancy Lee Van Laten, age 70, went to be with the Lord on February 19, 2020. Beloved daughter of the late Claude and Joan (nee Ebbens) Van Laten. Loving twin sister of the late Nora Jean (late Robert) Dickinson. Dear cousin, niece and friend of many. Also survived by her faithful canine companion Gerta. A special thank you to Nancy's wonderful caregivers Mandy and Elizabeth. Nancy was a dedicated social studies teacher at Crete-Monee School District 201-U. Nancy had a love of reading, traveling, teaching and politics.

Services will be held at Flossmoor Community Church, 2218 Hutchinson Rd., Flossmoor, IL 60422 on Saturday, April 24, 2021 with a Visitation from 10:30 - 11:00 a.m. and a Celebration of LIfe Service to follow at 11:00 a.m.
