Michael A. Sanchez

Michael A. Sanchez, age 76 years, passed away suddenly on January 19, 2021. Resident of Tinley Park and proud US Army Paratrooper, Charlie Company, Second Battalion, 509th Infantry.  Retired as a General Manager after 43 years of service with the Chicago Transit Authority. Beloved Husband of Sheryl nee Kapp Sanchez; loving Father of Melanie Sanchez (Jerry), Paula ( Dan) Kleinmark, Allysen Sanchez and the late Michele Klouda; cherished Grampa of Mia, Daniel, Adam, and Chemin; dearest Brother of John (Rosa) and Ricardo (Lucinda) Sanchez; dear Uncle of Sonia, Sergio, Alejandra, Sandra, Cristina, Ricardo and Lilly; dear Great-Uncle of many.

Visitation Tuesday January 26, 2021 from 3-8 p.m. Funeral Service Wednesday January 27, 2021, 10:00 a.m. at Maher Funeral Home 17101 71st Ave. Tinley Park, IL 60477. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
