Beloved husband for 30 years to Marsha A. Gordon (Levy). Loving father of Joshua (Carly) Gordon, Jacob Gordon, Melissa (Mark) Jolly, Becky Cunningham, Amber (Will) Woehlke, and Jake (Katie) Finkiewicz. Cherished grandfather of Morgan, Corey, Colin, Laura, Ryan, Lottie, Addison, Avery, Henry, and Chase. Devoted son of the late Donald and late Joyce Gordon (nee Klemp). Dear brother of John Gordon, Mary Bourke, and Donald "Tim" (JoEllen) Gordon. Fond brother-in-law of Diane (Chava) Loya and many others. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.
He was a devoted husband, a loving father, a cherished son and beloved grandfather whose life was defined by hard work, loyalty, and unwavering commitment to the people he loved. His word mattered, his presence mattered.
For more than 40 years, he proudly dedicated himself to his career at TruGreen, a testament to his strong work ethic and dependability.
He was a proud Southsider, finding joy in cheering on Da Bears and Da Sox; staying loyal through every season. That same loyalty extended to every part of his life. He believed deeply in commitment—to family, to work, and to his word—and he lived those values consistently and quietly. He did not seek recognition, yet he earned deep respect from all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of faithfulness, strength, and devotion.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives he touched.
